Important Notice: When you participate in a live demo call with Riley, our AI voice agent, that call will be recorded. Recordings are used for quality assurance, transcription, product improvement, and service delivery purposes. Client service call recordings made through an active Arcus AI subscription are accessible in the client portal for up to 30 days from the date of the call. After 30 days, recordings are no longer accessible via the portal; however, recordings may be retained by our third-party voice infrastructure provider (Retell AI) on their servers beyond that window in accordance with their own data retention policies. You may request permanent deletion of your recording at any time by emailing info@arcusaisolutions.com or using our Data Deletion page (see Section 9).
