Data Deletion Instructions for Truientent Threads

If you have used the Truientent Threads app and would like to delete your personal data, please follow the steps below.

Send an email to justinminnick@arcusaisolutions.com with the subject line: “Data Deletion Request – Truientent Threads.”

In the email, include:

• Your full name
• The email address or phone number associated with your account
• Any other details that will help us identify your data in our systems.

Once we receive your request, we will delete your personal data from our active systems within 30 days, unless we are required to keep certain information for legal or compliance reasons.

After completing the deletion, we will send you a confirmation email.
