7. Third-Party Data

If your data has been shared with third-party service providers (such as GoHighLevel, Stripe, or Firebase), we will make reasonable efforts to request deletion from those providers as well. Please note that third-party data retention is subject to their own policies.

8. Client Business Data

If you are a customer of one of our clients (e.g., you called an HVAC company that uses our AI receptionist), your deletion request will be forwarded to the appropriate business. The business is the data controller for your information, and we act as a data processor on their behalf.

9. Effect of Deletion

Please be aware that once your data is deleted:

Your account (if applicable) will be permanently deactivated
Call recordings and transcripts will be permanently removed
We will be unable to restore any deleted information
Services associated with the deleted data will cease to function

10. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request deletion of your personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We will not discriminate against you for exercising this right.
